However, due to the real-time nature of in-play betting, there may be brief delays between events occurring and market updates. p99999 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome has been determined due to technical delay.
All sports bet outcomes are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, p99999 may delay settlement until the official result is confirmed. Game outcomes in casino games, slots and bingo are determined by the respective game systems and are final. p99999 does not accept claims based on alleged game malfunctions unless the malfunction is confirmed by the game provider's technical records.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play; a technical error is confirmed to have affected the odds at the time of placement; or the event was incorrectly listed. Void bets are refunded to the account balance at the original stake amount.
